The Influence of Web Design on Customer Engagement with an Online Travel Agency

چکیده
Web design, user experience, and information architecture play an important role in improving consumer trust customer engagement. This study examines whether updated web design of a Portuguese travel agency may increase leads, engagement based on the best practices. The empirical was quantitative approach. To analyse impact new version, Wilcoxon signed rank test applied. results show that version has positive consumers’ intention to visit agency’s webpage, brand trust, purchase intention.
